Tuna salad with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers (one each in red, green, and yellow)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 pack ready-made salad mix with paprika herbs
  • 1 can of tuna, natural

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Peel the onion and slice it into half rings. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs. Mix the yogurt with the ready-made salad mix and shred the tuna. Mix everything together, then refrigerate for a while to let it marinate. Serve with fresh white bread.
