Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 ml milk, a little more if needed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g liver sausage, coarse
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp chives, in rolls
- Oil, for frying
- 75 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Grandma’s kitchen
Whisk the eggs with a little milk in a bowl. Alternately stir in the flour and the remaining milk. Add the melted butter and season with salt. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Mash the skinned liverwurst with a fork. Mix with the peeled, finely chopped onion. Fold in the chives. Fry 4 pancakes one after the other. Spread the liverwurst mixture on top and roll up. Grease an ovenproof dish and place the pancake rolls in it. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven on the top rack at 180°C for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
