Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 large can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 gr. can/n beans (green beans)
  • 1 gr. can/n corn
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 class Bottle(s) of tomato ketchup
  • 2 pts. Sauce (hunter’s sauce)
  • 2 points sauce (goulash sauce)
  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s) with juice
  • 3 vegetable stock cubes
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 500 ml water

Party soup

Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crispy. Dice the onions and fry them. Roughly dice the bell peppers, slice the mushrooms, and add them. Add the sliced ​​leeks and tomato puree. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the beans and corn with the broth. Add the ketchup and sauces and season with cayenne pepper. Dissolve the stock cubes in water, add, and season to taste. Simmer on the lowest heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, slice the peaches, add them with their juice, and stir. This goes best with stick bread.
