Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 150 ml oil
  • 100 g leftover roast or cooked meat
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 100g salami
  • 50 g pickled cucumber(s)
  • 50 g capers
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 liters of meat broth
  • 2 grains allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 peppercorns
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ lemon(s)
  • dill
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Sauté the sliced ​​onions in oil, add the sliced ​​roast beef, raw ham, and salami. Sauté everything thoroughly, but do not brown, then add the sliced ​​pickle, capers, and tomato paste and sauté. Top up with strong broth. Make a broth from crushed allspice, peppercorns, bay leaf, salt, lemon slices, and water, strain, and add to the solyanka. Serve the soup with lemon slices, chopped dill, and sour cream.
