Heavenly gnocchi salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • Salt (mozzarella-tomato salt)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and trim the vegetables thoroughly. Then dice the cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, and iceberg lettuce and season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and tomato and mozzarella salt. Add pepper to taste. Dice the feta cheese and stir in. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, add the salad, and enjoy!
