Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into small cubes
  • 120 g mushrooms, cut into small cubes (with an egg slicer)
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 120 g feta cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit), grease eight 150 ml (5 fl oz) ovenproof casseroles with oil. Mix all ingredients and spices well in a bowl, fill the casseroles with the mixture to within a finger of the rim, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
