Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 900 g beef, cooked or roasted, or roast leftovers, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery, cut into small pieces
  • 1 m.-sized gherkin(s), finely chopped
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • a little cucumber juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Beef Salad

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Season to taste.
