Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 900 g beef, cooked or roasted, or roast leftovers, finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 stalk(s) Celery, cut into small pieces
- 1 m.-sized gherkin(s), finely chopped
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- a little cucumber juice
- Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Beef Salad
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Season to taste.
