Colorful salad with sausages

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 lettuce hearts
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 200 g tomatoes, small
  • 2 poultry sausages
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 handful of cashew nuts, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs (salad fine)
  • 5 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the lettuce hearts and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and grate the carrot. Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausages as well. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, including the corn and nuts. For the dressing, first add the salad dressing, then the oil, balsamic vinegar, and finally the water to a shaker and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
