- 1 small zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml Soy Cream Cuisine
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- curry powder
- salt and pepper

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Halve the tomatoes and cut the zucchini into small strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the vegetables. Add the Soja Cuisine and wait until it simmers. Now chop the garlic, add it, and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Finally, add the rice and bring to a boil briefly.
