Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1,000 g tomatoes, pureed
- 300 g tuna in its own juice
- 140 g tomato paste
- 500 g peas and carrots
- 200 g onion(s)
- 250 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and place in a casserole dish. Dice the onion and fry in a large pot with a little oil. Add the passata, tomato paste, peas and carrots, onion, and tuna; bring to a boil, season, and then stir into the pasta. Fold in the grated Emmental cheese. Then pour everything into a casserole dish. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 15 minutes.
