Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 pack of spinach (frozen), approx. 450 g
  • 1 pack of salmon (frozen), approx. 250 g
  • 3 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream, approx. 200 g
  • n. B. Vegetable stock powder
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Pre-cook the pasta and pour half of it into a casserole dish. Then spread the thawed spinach over it. Now add the remaining pasta. Slice the salmon and arrange it over the pasta. Tip: It’s best to slice it while the salmon is still frozen, as this makes it easier to slice. Then, combine the remaining ingredients to make a sauce, season to taste, and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. It tastes great, and you can prepare the dish in the afternoon.
