  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 150 g bacon (belly), streaky
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled until creamy
  • some olive oil
  • 400 g lentils (plate)
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • ½ bottle of tomato juice (Sangrita picante)
  • 6 sausages (beef sausages), in natural casing
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Ready in no time thanks to plate lentils

Fry the bacon in one piece, add olive oil. Add the finely chopped vegetables, onion, and potatoes, and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and lentils, and simmer for 20 minutes. Then remove the bacon, add 1/2 bottle of Sangrita Picante, and season to taste. Heat the sliced ​​beef sausages in the stew.
