Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 3 tbsp honey, liquid
  • Salt
  • 50 g confectionery (Choco Crossies)
  • 20 g cornflakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, carefully adding the condensed milk. Add the honey and a pinch of salt and whisk again. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it run for about 2 hours. Before serving, roughly chop the Choco Crossies. Mix with the cornflakes. Shape the ice cream into balls and arrange in glasses or dessert bowls. Sprinkle with the crunchy mixture.
