Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g pasta (tube pasta)
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 50 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 100 g cottage cheese, grainy, (0.8%)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • herbal salt
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Wash the broccoli, divide it into small florets, and cook in salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, heat the milk, add the cottage cheese, and season with tomato paste and spices. Let the sauce simmer for a while. Mix the pasta with the broccoli and toss with the sauce. Approx. 335 kcal.
