Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g fusilli
- 100 g creamed spinach
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 75 g feta cheese
- n. B. Pfeffer
- Peanut oil or sesame oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
alternatively with broccoli instead of spinach
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil and set aside. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add oil to the pan, then add the pasta, spinach, and garlic and fry. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the pasta along with the pine nuts. Season with pepper, mix well, and serve. If you don’t like spinach, it also tastes great with broccoli.
