Spicy Pickles

The perfect spicy pickles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 tsp Chilli pickled in honey see my KB: https: //www./tipp/1291/Fr
  • 1 Shallot, finely diced
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar essence
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped dill
  1. A well-sealable container is required. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and cut into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and place in the container.
  2. Now add the chillies (amount according to the heat you want), the sugar, the salt, the pepper, the vinegar and the dill. Close the jar well, shake it vigorously and put it in the refrigerator. Whenever you walk past the refrigerator, shake well again, the cucumbers can be eaten after 2 hours, but they get better if they steep in the refrigerator overnight.
