Vegetable Stew with Kassler Free Snout

- 1 huge Cabbage
- 3 medium-sized Carrots
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 middle Onions
- 0,5 liter Vegetable stock
- 50 gr Spelled flour
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 1 full heaped tablespoon Butter
- Clean and chop all the vegetables .. Peel and chop the onions. Fry a little in a saucepan but only lightly.
- Dice the vegetables either small but not too small with the knife. I took a vegetable cutter, any way you want.
- Cut the pointed cabbage larger. Also peel and dice the potatoes.
- Add the diced carrots to the onions. Put butter on top and stir well. Then a little later the potatoes. And finally, fry the cabbage in a little rapeseed oil.
- Then add the butter and numb with the flour. Mix everything well.
- Then add the broth and then add the milk. You can also use cream, but at least we have to be careful.
- I added celery salt and some pepper to the spices. We didn’t need more.
