Cake: Birthday Cake Free Snout

- 300 g Sugar
- 6 a cup Natural yoghurt á 150 gr.
- 1 a cup Lean quark á 250 gr.
- 2 Sachets Orange baking
- 4 Bags Vanilla pudding
- 10 Mandarins / clementines

- Carefully fold the egg whites under the quark-yoghurt mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Line the baking tray with paper.
- Put the quark – yoghurt mixture on the tray, spread the mandarins on top and bake the cake at 170 degrees hot air for 80 minutes. I covered it with aluminum foil in between so that it doesn’t get too brown on top.
