  • 7 Eggs

  • 6 a cup Natural yoghurt á 150 gr.
  • 1 a cup Lean quark á 250 gr.
  • 2 Sachets Orange baking
  • 4 Bags Vanilla pudding
  • 10 Mandarins / clementines
  • Peeled and cut
  1. At the end we need to separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir well, my food processor did that for me …
  2. Carefully fold the egg whites under the quark-yoghurt mixture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
  4. Line the baking tray with paper.
  5. Put the quark – yoghurt mixture on the tray, spread the mandarins on top and bake the cake at 170 degrees hot air for 80 minutes. I covered it with aluminum foil in between so that it doesn’t get too brown on top.
