Blue Berry Muffins

The perfect blue berry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 180 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 g Quark
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 250 g Blueberries

For dusting:

  • Powdered sugar

For the dough:

  1. Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir.
  2. Add the quark and stir in.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
  4. Add the blueberries and fold in carefully.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For dusting:

  1. After baking, take the muffins out of the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
