Berry Muffins
The perfect berry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Yogurt
- 80 ml Oil
- 200 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Berries mixed frozen
For dusting:
- Powdered sugar
For the dough:
- Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and stir.
- Add yoghurt and stir in.
- Add the oil and stir.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
- Add the frozen berries and fold in.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins.
- Bake at 170 degrees fan for about 30 minutes.
For dusting:
- After cooling, sift icing sugar over the muffins.
- Makes about 20 pieces.
