Berry Muffins

The perfect berry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 150 g Berries mixed frozen

For dusting:

  • Powdered sugar

For the dough:

  1. Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add yoghurt and stir in.
  3. Add the oil and stir.
  4. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
  5. Add the frozen berries and fold in.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins.
  7. Bake at 170 degrees fan for about 30 minutes.

For dusting:

  1. After cooling, sift icing sugar over the muffins.
  2. Makes about 20 pieces.
