Mediterranean Olive Oil
The perfect mediterranean olive oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon Chopped marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Oregano chopped
- 0,75 liter Olive oil
- Put all the spices in a bottle and fill up with the olive oil. Let it steep for 3-4 weeks.
- If you want to use the finished oil without spices, you can simply pour it through a tea strainer when you are using it.
