The perfect mediterranean olive oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano chopped
  • 0,75 liter Olive oil
  1. Put all the spices in a bottle and fill up with the olive oil. Let it steep for 3-4 weeks.
  2. If you want to use the finished oil without spices, you can simply pour it through a tea strainer when you are using it.
