Chocolate Kiss Parfait with Raspberries
The perfect chocolate kiss parfait with raspberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tsp Oil
- 9 piece Chocolate kisses
- 300 ml Cream 30% fat
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Frozen raspberries
- 3 tbsp Water
- Brush a small loaf pan (20cm) with oil and cover with cling film. Remove the waffles from the chocolate kisses and set aside, then transfer the rest to a bowl.
- Whip the cream until stiff and add to the chocolate kisses. Stir everything carefully with a whisk and combine. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and cover with the waffles. Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Put the raspberries in a saucepan, bring to the boil with 3 tablespoons of water and vanilla sugar. Cover and simmer over a very mild heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Take the parfait out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving. After 10 minutes, remove from the mold and cut into slices. Serve with the raspberries.
