Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g penne
  • 200 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jar red wine, approx. 200 ml
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 200 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. I start cooking the pasta about 5 minutes earlier so it’s ready at the same time as the sauce. Brown the ground beef in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with the red wine and wait about 2-3 minutes until the alcohol has evaporated. Then add the cream (it doesn’t have to be a whole cup, depending on your preference). Bring to a boil and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix the finished sauce with the pasta and serve.
