Chickpeas – Bread with Carrots
The perfect chickpeas – bread with carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Chickpea flour
- 140 g Carrots, peeled
- 50 g Sunflower seed
- 50 g Sesame
- 50 g Wheat bran
- 50 g Flaxseed crushed
- 2 packet Dry yeast
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 shot Olive oil
- Finely grate the carrots. Finely chop the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds and wheat bran.
- Knead all the ingredients with the water until the dough can be shaped into a dumpling. Finally stir in the oil. Fill the dough in a loaf pan and let rise for 20 minutes. And bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 160 degrees top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
