Chickpeas – Bread with Carrots

The perfect chickpeas – bread with carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Chickpea flour
  • 140 g Carrots, peeled
  • 50 g Sunflower seed
  • 50 g Sesame
  • 50 g Wheat bran
  • 50 g Flaxseed crushed
  • 2 packet Dry yeast
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  1. Finely grate the carrots. Finely chop the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds and wheat bran.
  2. Knead all the ingredients with the water until the dough can be shaped into a dumpling. Finally stir in the oil. Fill the dough in a loaf pan and let rise for 20 minutes. And bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 160 degrees top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
