Crunchy Salad with Avocado and Bacon

The perfect crunchy salad with avocado and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Strips of bacon
  • 1 Pc. Romaine lettuce
  • 0,5 Cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
  • 2 Pc. Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  1. Fry the bacon strips in a pan in a little fat until crispy. Then cut into fine strips.
  2. Wash and clean the romaine lettuce and cut into fine strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the cucumber and avocado into small cubes.
  3. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and lemon juice together.
  4. Mix everything well in a bowl.
