Nestled Tomato
The perfect nestled tomato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Beefsteak tomato fresh
- 2 small Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 small can Chopped tomatoes
- 0,5 small Zucchini fresh
- 150 g Yogurt
- 45 g Poultry sausage
- 1,5 tsp Chive rolls
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Salt
- 12 g Garlic bulb
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chilli-Flavored oil
- Peel the cabbage and cut into large cubes.
- Cook in salted water until cooked. Put aside.
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
- Put the chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
- Chop the garlic into small pieces and press it through the garlic press (if none are available then cut into small cubes) and add to the bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and sage.
- Add yoghurt and stir (if necessary after seasoning).
- Hollow out the beefsteak tomatoes as best they can and set aside.
- Cut the hollowed out into small pieces and add to the tomato-yogurt sauce and stir.
- Now pour the sauce into a baking dish.
- Roughly grate the zucchini in a bowl.
- Cut the meat sausage into small pieces and add to the zucchini.
- Add chilli oil and mix well.
- Now stuff this into the hollowed out beefsteak tomato and then put it in the center of the baking dish.
- Spread the kohlrabi around it and press something into the sauce.
- Spread the grated cheese over the top.
- Scatter chives on top.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes. Finished.
