Shrimp Skewers with Sausages, Peppers and Onions

The perfect shrimp skewers with sausages, peppers and onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Nuremberg grilled sausages
  • 200 g Party prawns (2 packs of 100 g)
  • 200 g Onions
  • 200 g Orange peppers
  • 12 Bamboo skewers / 20 cm long
  • 0,5 Cup Peanut oil
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 28 Date tomatoes
  • Baguette
  1. Cut Nuremberg sausages into thirds. Peel and quarter the onions and separate them into wedges. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Thread all ingredients onto bamboo skewers (makes 7 with sausages and 6 without sausages) and fry them in a pan with peanut oil (½ cup) on both sides until golden-brown and season with coarse sea salt from the mill and colored pepper from the mill. Serve skewers with date tomatoes. Serve with baguette.
