Goulash Nuremberg
The perfect goulash nuremberg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Peel and roughly dice the potatoes
- 3 Sliced carrots
- 1 Vegetable onion cut into wedges
- 1 pack Nuremberg sausages
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 750 ml Vegetable broth hot
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- The Nuremberg sausages are each cut into 3 pieces.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the thirds of the sausages in it, remove and set aside
- Now fry the diced potatoes, carrot slices and onion wedges in the frying fat
- Add tomato paste and heat up.
- Dust everything with flour, sauté and deglaze with the vegetable stock
- Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes
- Now add the pieces of sausage again, heat, season again and arrange on plates with the parsley and serve
