Nuremberg Sausage Goulash

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Nuremberg grilled sausages
  • 3 Pc Carrots
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 1 gr Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sausage into thirds, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into wedges.
  • Put the oil in a roasting pan and heat it up. Fry the sausages in it for about 5 minutes and remove them. Fry the potatoes, carrots and onions in the hot frying fat. Add tomato paste and with roast. Dust everything with the flour and lightly sweat and deglaze with the broth, cook and season with salt and pepper. Cover the vegetables and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Add the sausages to the vegetables and heat them up. Season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a little parsley and serve.
