The perfect mega burger with sausage snail and … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dressing:
- 2 Bratwurst snails
- 2 Rapeseed oil, odorless and tasteless
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Dressing – homemade
- 2 Vine tomatoes
- 4 Sch. Cheddar cheese
- 4 Sch. Roasted onions
- 1 Salt and dill cucumber – sliced
- Homemade tomato sauce
- Lollo Rosso Salad
- 2 tbsp Mazzetti Condimento Balsamico Bianco
- 1 tsp Sugar brown
- 1 tsp Sea salt from the mill
- 1 tsp Basil – freeze-dried to preserve the aroma
- 1 tsp Thyme – freeze-dried to preserve the aroma
- 1 tsp Marjoram – freeze-dried to preserve the aroma
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil, odorless and tasteless
- Put the vinegar, sugar, salt, basil, thyme and marjoram in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the oil spoon by spoon and stir quickly until the dressing has a slightly creamy consistency. Finely slice the red onions and mix well with the dressing.
- Wash Lollo Rosso lettuce, spin dry. Wash tomatoes, cut into thick slices. Fry the bratwurst snails in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Halve the hamburger sesame roll, heat / roast with the cut surface facing down in the same pan.
- Cover the “Bratwurstschnecke Burger” in the following order: Spread the lower half of the bread roll with tomato sauce, – Recipe: Refined tomato sauce not only for chicken burgers, – Then Lollo Rosso salad, roasted onions, tomato slices, pickled cucumber, bratwurst snail, on top with tomato sauce and cheddar Cheese, pickled onions and again Lollo Rosso salad. At the end, place the top half of the bun on the burger and the “Mega burger with sausage snail and …” is ready.
