Ingredients
For the schnitzel:
- 120 g Turkey schnitzel
- Sea salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 Egg
- Wheat flour for flouring
- Breadcrumbs for rolling
- Oil + butter for frying
For the sauce:
- 60 ml Homemade mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Bavarian mustard
- 1 Pickled cucumber
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 tsp Sugar fine
- 1 tsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 tsp Lemon juice - freshly squeezed
Also:
- Lollo Rosso Salad
- 1 Tomato, - in slices
- 1 Onion-Red, steamed
- 0,5 Cup Cheese, - finely grated
Instructions
- Finely puree the crème fraîche, mustard, pickled cucumber, garlic, sugar, tomato paste and lemon juice and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Rinse the turkey schnitzel briefly, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Season the egg with cayenne pepper and whisk well. Flour turkey escalope - pull through egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan, then add the butter and fry the turkey escalope on both sides until they are "golden". Then cut into thin slices.
- Heat / roast the bun halves in a pan. Rinse the Lollo Rosso salad with cold water, spin dry and pluck the individual leaves.
- Arrange / top the “Mega Turkey Schnitzel Burger with Homemade Sauce” in the following order: Cover the lower half of the bun with sauce, then coat with Lollo Rosso lettuce, tomato slices, onion, turkey schnitzel and cheese. At the end, also coat the upper half of the bun with sauce and place on the burger and the "Mega Turkey Schnitzel Burger with Homemade Sauce" is ready.
