West African Style Chicken Fillet with Onion Rice and Salad

- 10 Pc. Chicken fillets
- 10 Pc. Onions
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 4 tsp Tomato paste
- 3 Cup Rice
- Vegetable broth
- Onions
- Butter
- Salad
- Sea-Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Dice 10 thick onions and fry slowly. Salt, pepper, 3-4 tbsp. Vegetable broth powder. Tomato paste with it. Dust lightly with flour. Deglaze with water and continue to simmer. Add sour cream. Put everything on a baking sheet. Fry the chicken fillets, place on the onion mixture and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 150 degrees. Add the cream just before the end of the cooking time. Cook rice in vegetable stock. Dice 3 onions, sauté, add cooked rice, refine with sea salt and butter. Salad to taste.
