Pasta with Zucchini Vegetables

The perfect pasta with zucchini vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Pasta (optional to taste)
  • Lean streaky bacon
  • Pickled cherry tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Black or white garlic (to taste)
  • Onion sweet
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt
  • Chillipowder
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Grated Gouda
  • Liquid butter
  • Lemon, zest of it

  1. You start by cooking the pasta as instructed. As a next step, roast the diced bacon and diced onion vigorously in a liquid butter – olive oil mixture.
  2. In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes and add them as well. Finally, add the pickled cherry tomatoes. Now season the finished vegetable side dish with crushed black or white garlic and the mentioned spices.
  3. Put the pasta in a colander. Don’t be put off – so that she can completely absorb the sauce.

The serving

  1. Put the olive oil, a little grated lemon and then the pasta in the bottom of a suitable pasta plate. Spread the vegetables on top to taste. To finish off, some grated cheese ready. Everything mixed well and it tastes almost like in Italy.

TIP

  1. If you don’t want to bite the left bacon, just put it aside. For the taste of the whole dish, however, the taste of the bacon is important. A modification of the recipe is e.g. >>> Freshly grated Parmesan or >>> gratinated with chestnuts or >>> let some Gorgonzola run into the vegetables. Everything already tried.
