Roasted Macadamia Nuts
The perfect roasted macadamia nuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 dl Water
- 250 g Sugar
- 400 g Macadamia nuts
- 50 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Pepper (according to taste)
- Boil the water with the sugar and then add the nuts. Simmer everything while stirring until the nuts are glazed and the sugar covers the nuts.
- Mix the coconut flakes with the salt and pepper in a bowl. Turn the nuts in it and let them cool on baking paper.
