Roasted Macadamia Nuts

The perfect roasted macadamia nuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 dl Water
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 400 g Macadamia nuts
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Pinches Pepper (according to taste)
  1. Boil the water with the sugar and then add the nuts. Simmer everything while stirring until the nuts are glazed and the sugar covers the nuts.
  2. Mix the coconut flakes with the salt and pepper in a bowl. Turn the nuts in it and let them cool on baking paper.
