Wild Garlic Puree

The perfect wild garlic puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Wild garlic leaves
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 kl. Onions
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water until soft, drain and pour into a bowl. Pour in milk and cream and mash. Cut the wild garlic into fine strips and the onions into small cubes. Melt the butter in the pan, sauté the wild garlic leaves and the onions in it. Add the wild garlic and onion mixture to the mashed potatoes, mix and season with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg.
