Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Fresh broccoli
  • 1 cups Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 125 g Cooked ham
  • 125 g Mixed with bacon, sliced
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Cut broccoli into florets, cook in salted water, if like I don't have any boiled potatoes, just boil 3 to 4 potatoes in boiling salted water until they are firm to the bite. I cut the potatoes into slices.
  • I smeared the oil on the baking dish. Lay the potatoes in layers and already seasoned a little with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and spread the broccoli florets on top.
  • In the meantime, I peeled the onion, cut it into rings and sautéed it in a little hot oil. Then I poured the boiled ham and bacon with cream. Seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg when the sauce was a little thickened, I poured it over the casserole and sprinkled with grated cheese and baked it in the microwave for 10 to 15 minutes. (If you have an oven then of course let it gratinate for 20 minutes with convection at 175 degrees) Unfortunately I haven't had an oven since we lived here in the house 😉
