Pancakes with Salmon
The perfect pancakes with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pancakes :
- 300 g Flour
- 12 Eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 15 Eßl Mineral water
- Salt pepper
- Oil
Covering:
- 1 packet Chives frozen
- 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 150 g Horseradish
- 2 Packs Sliced smoked salmon
- Mix the flour, milk and eggs until smooth, season with salt and pepper, stir in the mineral water and leave to soak for about 10-15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes in it, makes about 12 pancakes.
- Mix the horseradish and creme fraiche. First spread the cream on each of the pancakes, then sprinkle some chives over it, top with salmon and roll up. Makes about 4-6 servings.
