Pancakes with Salmon

Pancakes :

  • 300 g Flour
  • 12 Eggs
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 15 Eßl Mineral water
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil

Covering:

  • 1 packet Chives frozen
  • 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Horseradish
  • 2 Packs Sliced ​​smoked salmon
  1. Mix the flour, milk and eggs until smooth, season with salt and pepper, stir in the mineral water and leave to soak for about 10-15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes in it, makes about 12 pancakes.
  2. Mix the horseradish and creme fraiche. First spread the cream on each of the pancakes, then sprinkle some chives over it, top with salmon and roll up. Makes about 4-6 servings.
