Salmon tartare

  • 500 g Smoked salmon
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 2 Red onions
  • 50 g Roasted pine nuts
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Coarse pepper
  • 4 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Nut pancakes

  • 500 g Yeast dough finished product
  • 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 tsp Coriander

Instructions
 

Salmon tartar

  • For the salmon tartare, cut the salmon into fine cubes. Peel the onions. Finely chop the basil leaves and onions. Roast the pine nuts in the pan.
  • Then mix the salmon, onions, basil and pine nuts and finally season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Nut pancakes

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for the nut cakes. Prepare the yeast dough according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Then knead in the nuts and spices, divide into eight parts, place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
