- 500 g Yeast dough finished product
- 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Coriander
Instructions
Salmon tartar
- For the salmon tartare, cut the salmon into fine cubes. Peel the onions. Finely chop the basil leaves and onions. Roast the pine nuts in the pan.
- Then mix the salmon, onions, basil and pine nuts and finally season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Nut pancakes
