Mixed salad
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon Brasil spice
- 2 tablespoon Sliced almonds
- 100 ml Liquid cream
- 1 shot Water
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan
- 130 g Pasta
- 6 Pc. Lettuce leaves
- 6 Pc. Radicchio leaves
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Herb vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Corn oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Place the pasta in salted water.
- Clean, cut, wash and spin dry the salad.
