Black Angus Fillet with Delicious Tin Vegetables
The perfect black angus fillet with delicious tin vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 2 Pc. Red peppers
- 6 Poles Green asparagus
- 20 Pc. Sugar snap
- 2 medium sized Carrots
- 3 Pc. Shallots
- 3 toes Garlic
- 3 Branches Rosemary
- 0,5 Chilli red
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 10 mixed different Tomatoes (Olivetti, small)
- Fleur de sel rosemary
- Fresh pepper
- Sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Mushrooms fresh
- 4 Discs Stale bread
- 4 Discs Potatoes
- Cut the vegetables into nice pieces, cut the asparagus diagonally and not too narrowly. Cut the onion and garlic not too thinly, halve the tomatoes and spread everything on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the parsley and rosemary on the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the Greek 🙂 (or another) olive oil evenly over the whole vegetable and cook in the oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes, switch on the grill for the last 5 minutes.
- The eight steps to the perfect steak 1. The perfect steak should not be too thin and be at least 3-5 cm thick. The steak should be taken out of the refrigerator three to four hours before roasting so that it can reach room temperature. Salt the steak beforehand with “Salt Flakes”, never pepper. 3. Use vegetable oil, germ oil, lard or butter in a Teflon pan or iron pan, do not heat olive oil 4. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side so that roasted aromas develop (that’s how I do it, because I prefer to move towards Well-Done) 5. Take the pan off the hearth and put a few slices of stale bread in the pan. Grain bread is also very tasty. Place the seared steaks on the stale bread so that it doesn’t cook in the pan. Then cook the steak with the pan for eight to ten minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in the oven. 6. Then briefly heat the steak in the pan with frothy butter, thyme or rosemary and a crushed clove of garlic 7. Steak before consumption 2 to Let rest for 4 minutes. 8. Before serving, if desired, add black pepper and sprinkle lightly with a few salt flakes.
- 3rd side dish fried Greek potatoes in a pan.
