Schupfnudelpfanne with Savoy Cabbage

The perfect schupfnudelpfanne with savoy cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Vegan potato noodles
  • 200 g Vegan hack alternative
  • 0,5 Savoy
  • 4 Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,25 Tl Caraway seed
  • Salt pepper
  • 200 ml Oat cream
  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • Frying oil
  1. Fry the potato noodles in the frying oil in a deep, large pan.
  2. Finely dice the onions. Add the mince and onions to the potato noodles.
  3. Cut the sausage into fine strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  4. Add to the potato noodles and fry everything for another 5 minutes. Pour in the oat cream and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
