Schupfnudelpfanne with Savoy Cabbage

- 1 pack Vegan potato noodles
- 200 g Vegan hack alternative
- 0,5 Savoy
- 4 Mushrooms brown
- 1 Onion
- 0,25 Tl Caraway seed
- Salt pepper
- 200 ml Oat cream
- Freshly chopped parsley
- Frying oil
- Fry the potato noodles in the frying oil in a deep, large pan.
- Finely dice the onions. Add the mince and onions to the potato noodles.
- Cut the sausage into fine strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Add to the potato noodles and fry everything for another 5 minutes. Pour in the oat cream and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
