Peas Stew

The perfect peas stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 750 g Tk – peas
  • 125 g Bacon cubes
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Briefly fry the bacon cubes and potatoes in a saucepan and deglaze with half a liter of water, add vegetable stock powder and pre-cook the potato cubes for approx. 10 minutes. Add the peas and simmer again for at least 10 minutes, until everything is nice and soft, add the sour cream and use a hand blender to go through the soup 3-4 times so that it becomes a little thicker, season to taste and serve.
  2. If you want, you can add chopped wiener sausages to the soup
