Spice and Marzipan Raw Mixture
The perfect spice and marzipan raw mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Ground almonds
- 70 g Raw cane sugar brown
- 30 g Powdered sugar white
- 20 piece Cloves
- 2 tbsp Elderflower syrup
- 1 tsp Edible oil (release agent)
Spice and marzipan mass:
- Grind the whole almonds, white sugar and cloves to the desired degree of fineness and mix everything with the syrup. The result is a strong, sweet almond taste with an aroma of elderflower and clove. The cooking oil serves as a separating agent for the work materials. Shape the kneaded mass into a ball and cover with cling film.
Storage:
- Store in a cool place, let the lump soak with the clove aroma for at least 1 day.
Use and processing:
