Dark Nut Marzipan Raw Mixture

The perfect dark nut marzipan raw mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 15 g Walnut kernels
  • 15 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 15 g Almond kernels
  • 15 g Cashew nuts
  • 15 g Brazil nut kernels
  • 15 g Sultanas
  • 1 tbsp Beet juice / sugar beet syrup
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar or stevia powder 1:10
  • 5 drops Lavender oil
  • 5 drops Rose oil

Dark nut marzipan raw mixture:

  1. Finely grind the nuts and almonds in the electric grinder and mix together with the syrup and finally the lavender oil and rose oil. The result is a strong, sweet nut taste with rose and lavender aroma for the crowd.

Use:
