Sage Chicken Breast Fillet Noodles
The perfect sage chicken breast fillet noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pasta tagliatelle
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Chicken breast fillet frozen
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion approx. 150 g
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 15 Sage leaves
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Parsley stalks for garnish
- Boil the pasta in salted water (1 teaspoon) until al dente, drain and toss in butter (1 teaspoon) in a hot saucepan. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Pluck off the sage leaves, wash and dry in kitchen paper. Thaw the chicken breast fillet slightly, wash, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into strips and season with plenty of salt (2 big pinches) and pepper (2 big pinches). Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the chicken breast fillet strips vigorously in it / stir-fry and remove from the pan. Put butter (1 tbsp) in the pan and fry the onion cubes, garlic cubes and sage leaves in it. Add the meat and pasta and mix / mix. Serve the sage and chicken breast fillet noodles garnished with parsley. A mixed salad might be enough with it.
