The perfect mozart balls, mozart balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 gr Marzipan raw mass
- 50 gr Nougat
- 200 gr Couverture (mixed types)
- Cut the marzipan and nougat into 18 cubes
- Shape the marzipan cubes into a small thaler by hand and place a nougat cube in the middle.
- Carefully push up the edges and enclose the nougat with the marzipan.
- Shape into balls with your hands and store in the refrigerator.
- Melt the couverture in a water bath. I mixed it with whole milk, dark chocolate and white chocolate.
- Dip the chilled balls individually into the couverture and cover them with chocolate
- Then drain off the excess couverture
- Let dry on baking paper, done 🙂
