The perfect mozart balls, mozart balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Marzipan raw mass
  • 50 gr Nougat
  • 200 gr Couverture (mixed types)
  1. Cut the marzipan and nougat into 18 cubes
  2. Shape the marzipan cubes into a small thaler by hand and place a nougat cube in the middle.
  3. Carefully push up the edges and enclose the nougat with the marzipan.
  4. Shape into balls with your hands and store in the refrigerator.
  5. Melt the couverture in a water bath. I mixed it with whole milk, dark chocolate and white chocolate.
  6. Dip the chilled balls individually into the couverture and cover them with chocolate
  7. Then drain off the excess couverture
  8. Let dry on baking paper, done 🙂
