Ingredients
- 500 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 Handful Chopped fresh parsley
- 350 g Pasta
- 1 Pc. Scarlet
- 500 g Minced meat
- 500 g Zucchini
- 1 pinch Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
For the yogurt sauce
- Briefly fry the garlic clove in a little olive oil. Then mix with the yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley and add. Season everything with salt and pepper and chill.
For the noodle mince pan
- Then cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the shallot and cut it into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the shallot cubes in it until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crispy. Wash the zucchini, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat. Fry for 2-3 minutes, add spices and season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the minced meat. Spread everything on the plates, top with the yoghurt sauce - done.
