Chicken Masala
The perfect chicken masala recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken breast fillet
- 2 cm Fresh ginger
- 1 medium sized Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 El Oil
- 6 El Coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tl Turmeric spice
- 1 Tl Clove powder
- 0,5 Tl Ground cardamom
- Cut the chicken fillets diagonally several times on the top.
- Finely grate the ginger. Finely chop the garlic clove. Process the ginger, garlic, mint, vinegar, oil, coriander leaves, salt and pepper, turmeric, clove powder and cardamom into a paste in a blender.
- Place the chicken fillets in a baking dish, brush with the spice paste. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Bake the chicken fillets in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 45 minutes until they are cooked. Serve with rice.
