Noodle Wok with Lots of Vegetables

The perfect noodle wok with lots of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cabbage
  • 1 size Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Shitake mushrooms
  • 100 g Wok noodles
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Tl Gomasio
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 Handful Cashews
  1. Cut the stalk from the pointed cabbage in a wedge shape and cut the cabbage into fine strips.
  2. Dice the zucchini. Dice the onion. Cut the carrot into slices. Halve or quarter the shitake. Roughly chop the cashews.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok. First stir-fry the cabbage and onions for about 3 minutes, then add the carrots and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the wok noodles and pour in the broth. Put the lid on the wok and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid, stir in the zucchini and shitake. Add Gomasio. Cook for another 3 minutes until the broth is completely absorbed or evaporated. Season with soy sauce.
  5. Toast the cashews without oil in a pan and sprinkle over them.
