Noodle Wok with Lots of Vegetables
The perfect noodle wok with lots of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Cabbage
- 1 size Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Shitake mushrooms
- 100 g Wok noodles
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Tl Gomasio
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- 1 Handful Cashews
- Cut the stalk from the pointed cabbage in a wedge shape and cut the cabbage into fine strips.
- Dice the zucchini. Dice the onion. Cut the carrot into slices. Halve or quarter the shitake. Roughly chop the cashews.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok. First stir-fry the cabbage and onions for about 3 minutes, then add the carrots and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the wok noodles and pour in the broth. Put the lid on the wok and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove the lid, stir in the zucchini and shitake. Add Gomasio. Cook for another 3 minutes until the broth is completely absorbed or evaporated. Season with soy sauce.
- Toast the cashews without oil in a pan and sprinkle over them.
